The business is driven by our two directors, collectively they accumulated more than 16 years of experience in the building industry. They are involved in the business
development, Procurement, Project management and administrative of the company. The management team proactively gather feedback identifies changes ii the business, environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff regular meetings.
Our People
Our people are curial in the delivery of our services and solution to our client. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skills, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training program in put in place to constantly upgrade on people in technical and management skills. We believe firmly in providing the right training accredited certification and practical knowledge for our people, in order for then to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever changing market place and client requirement.

Organisation Structure
The Kirishanthini Construction is designed to ensure efficient operations and project management. At the top are the Board of Directors and CEO who provide strategic direction. The Operations Department, led by the CEO, oversees project managers, construction managers, schedulers, and quality assurance teams. Finance, Administration, Business Development, and Marketing departments handle financial, administrative, client acquisition, and promotional aspects respectively. Support departments like IT, Procurement, and Health & Safety provide essential infrastructure and services. Field staff, including foremen, skilled tradespeople, and laborers, execute projects on-site. This structured approach enables the company to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards
